To be eligible, firms had to provide recruiting and placement services to both employers and candidates within the United States. An initial pool of more than 14,000 firms was carefully screened and validated, ultimately narrowing the field to 4,000 firms for final evaluation—with additional data validation support from analytics firm Aniline.
