Linda Jordan
Founder and CEO
Linda Jordan is the founder and C.E.O. of L. K. Jordan & Associates. She started the company 30+ years ago in March 1990. She served as President until 2017, when her daughter, Leslie, was named President. She studied Library Science at Texas Woman’s University and Our Lady of the Lake College. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant and a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist. Linda currently serves as President Elect of the Board of Directors of the USS Lexington. She is also an Advisory Director of Frost Bank and is on the Foundation Board for Christus- Spohn Hospital System. She is Past President of the Corpus Christi Executive Women International and Coastal Bend Society for Human Resource Management. She is also a member of National Association of Personnel Services and American Staffing Association, Executive Women International, Pan American Round Table, Cotillion Alegre and the Driftwood Garden Club. Linda and her husband, T. Frank Smith IV, share one daughter, two sons and eight grandchildren. She enjoys reading, photography, traveling with her family and walking with her friends in Cole Park. An interesting fact most people don’t know is that Linda lived in Alaska for several years, where she did snowmobiling, cross country skiing, salmon fishing and hiking. She managed the Rendezvous Gallery, the largest art gallery in Alaska, and also worked for Hoppy Harrower, a world-renowned hunting guide, planning dahl sheep and bear hunts in Alaska.
Leslie Jordan, CPC, CTS, CERS
President
Leslie Jordan joined L.K Jordan & Associates in September of 1999. She started the Houston Branch of L.K. Jordan & Associates and became the Branch Manager of that division. From 2002 until 2016, Leslie served as Vice President of Operations. In January 2017, she was named President and Partner. She is responsible for the strategic management and development of all Branches within the company. She bridges communication between operations and sales to ensure clients receive customized solutions, quality candidates, reduced cycle-to-hire time and an overall positive buying experience. She works directly with all levels of Management to position the company for sustained and continued growth. Leslie has twenty two years of Staffing Industry experience and four years of experience in Corporate Recruiting. Prior to joining L.K. Jordan & Associates she was Operations Manager at Burnett Personnel.
In addition to her current role as President, Leslie is currently engaged in leading her daughter’s class as a Grade Level Advisor to participate in volunteer activities for the West Houston Chapter of the National Charity League.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Leslie graduated from the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois with a degree in Business Management. She was awarded her CTS certification in 2000, CERS certification in 2016 and her CPC certification in 2017. She volunteers with Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure as well as the Texas Wildlife Rescue Association. Leslie is married and enjoys spending her time with her husband and three daughters.
Rita Molina
Controller
Rita is the company’s Controller, and she manages all financial reporting for each branch location. She has been with L.K. Jordan for over 15 years overseeing the growth of the company since she started in 2005. Prior to joining the L.K. Jordan team she was a Chief Accountant for a manufacturing company and an Auditor for a CPA firm. Rita is responsible for all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as well as overseeing all aspects of the accounting and payroll department for the company with multi-million dollar annual sales. She has her Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University. On her off time, she enjoys giving back to her hometown of Corpus Christi through community service and is an active member of The Corpus Christi Rotary Club. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and their two teenage daughters.
Bridget D. Johnson
Director of Human Resources
Bridget is the Director of Human Resources for LK Jordan. She has twenty plus years in human resources within different industries. Before working for LKJA, she held different positions in human resources from North Central Texas to Central Texas and back to South Texas. She has a degree major in Psychology and a minor in Kinesiology from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi. Bridget is born and raised in Corpus Christi, where you can find her curled up with a good book or playing outside in the Texas sun! Bridget is married for over 20 years and has two adult children.
Becky Blaylock, CPC, CTS
Regional Sales Director
Becky is the Regional Sales Director and has been with L.K. Jordan since 2001. She is responsible for driving and achieving regional sales quotas across multiple industries through all sales channels. She supervises the field sales activity for all Business Development Representatives through all branches, and assists them with identifying, developing, and strengthening client relationships. Becky is responsible for the expansion of existing business, identifying new business, and helping branches grow to meet client needs and growth goals. Prior to this role, she was the Houston Branch Manager and has also been the Corpus Christi Assistant Manager. Becky has over 23 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry both recruiting and selling. In addition to working for L.K. Jordan, she also has experience working for two national staffing firms. Becky graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors in Exercise & Sports Science with teaching certificates in Dance and Special Education. She has been certified by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist as well as Certified Personnel Consultant. Since then, she has won numerous accolades within and outside of L.K. Jordan such as the L.K. Jordan Presidents Club Winner, Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and Houston Association of Personnel Consultants. Becky has been married for over 20 years and has 2 daughters. She is actively involved in her children’s school volunteering through the PTA and sporting activities her daughters are involved in. Becky also volunteers her time at VICTORY/American Cancer Society. She is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Houston, Alumni of the Delta Zeta Sorority and Alumni of Strutters at Texas State University.
Anthony Theodoros, CPC
South Regional Search Director
Anthony is the Regional Search Director and has over 15 years’ experience in Contingent and Retained Search across two continents. His department has several top performing Executive Search Consultants with specializations in engineering, manufacturing, construction, medical (clinical and non-clinical), public accounting (tax, audit, and advisory), corporate finance, banking, mortgage and title. Anthony handles full cycle recruiting in order to fulfill client’s needs, interviews and screens applicants to place them in various industries according to experience and skill level. Prior to this position he has held senior titles at large Regional & Fortune 500 Recruitment & Search Firms. Anthony graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) and Bachelor of Science (Business Management). He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) from the National Association of Personnel Association and is a member of multiple professional associations including the Texas Land and Title Association (TLTA), Texas Bankers Association (TBA), Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies (COPAS), the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) & American Staffing Association (ASA). Anthony joined the L.K. Jordan team in 2015.
Ryan Mankoff
North Regional Search Director
Ryan is the North Regional Search Director and has over 14 years of experience as a Professional Search Consultant specializing in the direct hire placement of Healthcare Professionals (Nursing Directors, RN's, PT's, OT's, SLP's, etc.), Engineering Professionals (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Construction, Mining and Business Professionals. He has been with the L.K. Jordan team since 2011. He is also experienced in candidate sourcing, presentation, salary negotiations, and client retention. Currently working on placements throughout the United States with a particular focus on Texas. Ryan graduated from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi with a BBA in Management Information Systems. Ryan lives in New Braunfels, TX with his wife Michelle, and 3 children, Makenna, Emma and Crew. He really enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, traveling, exercising and watching his children play sports.
Yoany Torres, CPC, CTS
Austin Branch Manager
Yoany has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. She joined the L.K. Jordan team in 2007 and is currently the Austin Branch Manager where she oversees recruiting and sales operations for the city. In addition, she manages and mentors internal staffing employees and grows sales by implementing strategies for the Austin territory. Yoany is a Certified Personnel Consultant and a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sam Houston State University. She is Alpha Delta Pi alumni and a former Kilgore College Rangerette. Her passion is building relationships and helping in her client’s successful growth.
Marilyn Reid
Corpus Christi Branch Manager
Marilyn is the Branch Manager for the Corpus Christi office and is a native of Corpus Christi. She has 16 years of experience, having started in Sales for L.K. Jordan when she joined in 2006 and is now a Staffing Supervisor along with managing the day by day operations of her branch. During her 14 years working for LK Jordan her positions have included Sales, Vendor Management, Director Client Relations/Quality Control, Building Management and Staffing/Recruiting. She has been on the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractors for several years and is very active in that group. She previously served on the Westside Business Association in the role of Secretary.
Sunny Myers, CPC, CTS
San Antonio Branch Manager
Sunny is the Branch Manager for the San Antonio office, where she oversees the daily operations of the branch. She joined L.K. Jordan in 2012. From assisting with recruiting, to client relations and training, Sunny strives to build long-term professional relationships with our clients and candidates. She has 19 years of industry experience and is extremely committed to her staff and clientele. Hiring the right people is very important to every client and Sunny’s team goes the extra mile to find the right match for every job. Sunny graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS). Sunny lives in San Antonio with her husband Paul, two children, McKinley and Maverick. Besides spending time with family, she loves taking road trips, camping, cooking and listening to live music.
Taylor Duffy
Marketing Manager
Taylor joined L.K. Jordan as the Marketing Manager early in 2022. She brings to the company successfully demonstrated marketing, communications, event management (domestic, global, live and virtual), and graphic design experience in the Oil & Gas, Convenience Store and Freight & Logistics industries. These roles have prepared her for the fast-paced environment and pressures of the Staffing field. Using a combination of traditional and digital channels, she plans and implements large and small-scale employer branding strategies that promote the company and open roles, creates engaging content for company social media accounts, job boards and review sites to increase brand awareness for Corporate and Branch Office locations that drive new client acquisition and build a strong talent network. She develops product marketing materials, as well as researches and procures promotional materials for all Branches that help execute the multi-channel marketing plan. And, she keeps active in industry related events, participates in industry roundtables and keeps current with marketing trends and the competitive landscape within the Staffing industry. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Texas State University in San Marcos. She volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo as an Assistant Captain for her committee, and during her free time she enjoys travel (especially international), listening to live music, and spending time with her family, friends, and rescue dog, Loki.
Patrick Thomas
Training and Operations Manager
Patrick is L.K. Jordan’s Training and Operations Manager. He joined the L.K. Jordan team in 2020 and serves as the company’s Trainer and primary liaison between the company and various software/technical providers. Patrick maintains and builds onboarding procedures and continual training classes based on the needs of LK Jordan. He also assists all the branch’s with operations in quality control and helps streamline procedures to facilitate smooth and efficient operations throughout the organization. He has over 10 years of experience in staffing ranging from sales and recruiting, onboarding, retention, and project management to training and operations. He enjoys spending his spare time on the lake in his boat, fishing, playing sports of any kind, working on projects around the house, and spending as much time with his wife and son as possible.
