Our San Antonio office was thrilled to attend the Best Places to Work event yesterday hosted by the San Antonio Business Journal. It was a great event to congratulate and celebrate with the other companies the San Antonio that work hard to make their place their employees love. We were thrilled to learn that we were ranked #12 out of the “Very Small” category! This is a huge jump up for us in our ranking from last year, so we really could not have been any more excited.
These rankings are determined by an anonymous survey sent out to our employees asking them questions regarding L.K. Jordan benefits, perks, etc. Ultimately the most important thing is that our employees LOVE where they work! Check out the full list of all the wonderful winners, here.
The Best Places to Work luncheon also had a theme of “Fun & Games” so we dressed up as characters from Monopoly and won the second place spirit award! The gift was a “San Antonio in a Box” which contained different items from various local businesses!
