Today we will be sharing with you all Houston’s (our fourth and final branch) selections for employees of the year! Again, this is part of National Staffing Employee Week and partnered with the American Staffing Association. This is also the first year that L.K. Jordan & Associates have done something like this – and we think it is such a great idea to recognize these amazing employees we plan on doing it again in the future! Tina Torres – Clerical
Tina Torres has become an extremely valuable member of the team! She has well exceeded everyone’s expectations in the role and does so with a positive attitude. The work environment is very fast-paced and high volume so tasks can change quickly. She has always been able to switch gears rapidly and efficiently. Tina is a very loyal member of the company and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Congratulations Tina!
Monique – Industrial
Monique has always shown a desire to learn more and get more responsibility in any position she is placed in. She has excelled in all of her roles and is now in a leadership position over a crew of 15 employees. Monique is always working hard to ensure that all employee issues get resolved quickly and that she keeps production running smoothly and efficiently. Way to go Monique!
