We are thrilled to announce that L.K. Jordan & Associates was selected as the winner in the category of “Achievement in Workplace Health & Wellness” last night at the 4th Annual HR Excellence Awards sponsored by Coastal Bend SHRM! This is primarily due to our health initiative with Humana, called Go365 which is a wellness and rewards program for our company. This program is in place to ensure that our employees are happier, healthier and more productive.

It is essentially a personalized wellness and rewards program that helps our employees make healthier decisions and guides them on their well-being journey. Employees have the option of earning awesome rewards for activities like: annual flu shots, workouts, vision and dental exams. In turn, our company could potentially get rewarded with increased productivity, fewer sick days and lower medical claims. Employees can also be rewarded with discounted medical premiums once they reach gold or silver status. Currently an amazing 59% of our employees are at a silver status or higher!
