Placement Types

Temporary Placement
Our Temporary staffing team is always in need of capable individuals seeking Temporary work. Our clients may request Temporary help for as little as 1/2 day or for an indefinite period.

Temporary work can be a great way to develop a diverse work background and can add to your list of qualifications when your dream job becomes available. It also provides a great opportunity to "try-out" certain companies and career disciplines.

There are two different types of placement opportunities under Temporary work: Temporary and Temp-to-Hire. Temporary work ends after a specified period of time. Temp-to-Hire work results in a regular position with our client company after completing a trial period.

Contact one of our Staffing Consultants to register for Temporary or Temp-to-Hire positions. We are seeking a wide range of skills including: administrative/clerical, accounting/finance, customer service, data entry, legal, warehouse labor and shipping/receiving clerks..

Career Placement
Using a personnel agency is more than Temporary work. We have clients all over the nation that are interested in permanent employees. Career placement services usually result in Temp-to-hire or Direct hire positions. Temp-to-Hire work results in a permanent position after completing a trial period. Direct Hire is when a company hires a candidate directly through our service and places them onto their payroll immediately.

Our personnel consultants can help evaluate your career options and keep you aware of career opportunities which may be of interest. Our client companies span a wide range of industries, and we have experienced consultants who work with candidates in a variety of professional fields.

All placement fees are paid by our client companies--there is never a fee to you as a job seeker. Send us your resume today and discover the many career opportunities available.

Executive Placement
At L.K. Jordan we have specialized recruiters that market high-profile candidates to major companies all over the nation. These companies hire on a Direct hire basis and pay all agency fees.

For many executives, the relationship with an executive search consultant is a long and beneficial one. A search consultant can act as an advisor, a sounding board, and can play a valuable role in your network of contacts.

Not only will they market your resume to the decision makers in the industry, they will assist in preparing you for interviews and act as a mediator in the negotiations process.

Executive searches are conducted on a confidential basis, at the request of our clients. Send us your resume and talk to one of our consultants today. You never know when that next opportunity will present itself.
