I would like to take a moment and commend the performance of two of your associates. Bill
Tiemann and Thomas Eswbedo have been with our Naval Station Ingleside Project since August
24* 2006. Overthe last seven months, these two gentlemen have been consistently on time and
exhibited a high level of productivity. They have integrated into a multitude of trade facets and
shown an aptitude well above that ofthe average worker. They have brought a diversity oftalents
and abilities that have greatly assisted this project stay ahead of schedule during all phases. As we
come to a close on this project in four weeks, I would like to request that a copy of this letter be
added to their personnel files. I will personally request these two gentlemen if available on
subsequent projects.

Recently we utilized the senrice of L K Jordan, for temporaq workers for a
project in Bishop, TX. The lead man for Holman Boiler Works, Inc. was
Johnny Gautreaux. He spoke highly of the workers that were utilized from
L K Jordan. Johnny is a very hard and diligently worker and when he
comments on the performance of a coworker, we know most definitely that
they are good performers.
